I walked in for a sound system spoke to one of the staff.. very helpful.. i ended up with a Boss 123 system for my room and very happy with it and i recommend them to anybody.

Abysmal service. Placed an order and after 5 days hearing nothing, decide to call. They couldn't provide any info, when I called and sad they'd call back with and update.
Hearn nothing and called at the 8 day point, same story. Said they'd offer to have a look and call me back in 10 minutes. I declined and cancelled the order.
BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE!

Amazing showroom! Very helpful and efficient! The salesmen are highly trained and know exactly what they are talking about! Engineers are extremely good and work very quickly! Recommend the showroom to everyone!

Disappointing service. They came into our house did half of the job since we need to re-order a rack that didn't fit. Called several times and keep telling us they will call back but never do so. Always have to be chased and lack commitment to see the job through.
