CVS Pharmacy

Two stars because inside floor personnel were VERY good.
Had to go to the emergency room on 100 for a allergic reaction. After spending five hours in the ER I took my prescriptions to the nearest CVS location. They told me it would be a two hour wait. I told him I had to wait on this medication as it was more steroids for this allergy. I waited in the parking lot for two hours went through the drive-through twice hoping it would maybe be ready 15 minutes early. On my second visit through (two hours on the dot ) the guy says to me "were you just through here?" I said yes 15 minutes ago but it's been two hours and you told me it will be ready in two hours and I've been waiting in this parking lot for two hours. He said well it's not ready we're behind may be ready tonight and may be ready not till tomorrow. I can't tell you how rude this individual was at the pharmacy and how rotten it is of them to let people wait another day to get the medicine they need after coming out of the hospital.Every place is overwhelmed I understand that but you don't have to be a jerk and he was.

This is a great CVS, I don't understand why there's so many bad reviews? The cashiers are nice and the pharmacist is quick!

This pharmacy practices prices gouging to the highest degree. I went to get an over the counter ( but behind the counter)insulin that Walmart charges less than $25 for. CVS charge was $177 for the exact same thing brand included. These insulins are being used because the price of prescription insulins have gotten so expensive that people cannot afford them and yet cvs chooses to exploit this situation for their own gain....disgusting.

This is the worst cvs by palm coast. The store manager always seems bothered with anything involving him. He was no help nor patience. If there was an option for 0 stars that would be my rating. Don't come here.

This is the last time I ever walk into a CVS store. What a rip off. The price tags that are all over the store are a lie. $6.99 for a stick of deodorant that was quoted far cheaper until I just looked on receipt a few days later... Holy crap what a rip off... Walmart, Walgreens oh beautiful Walgreens sells 2 packs of same deodorant for that price... What a friggin scam.. hey I do have a CVS card your employee just didn't couldn't fathom a way to make it work for me.. That CVS card just went in the trash. I'll never use that store.

I used to love this CVS. It was always empty and I could get my prescription filled in a few minutes. Well things seem to have changed here.

In the last 5 years, I've maybe had 2 or 3 prescriptions written/filled for any controlled substances. Right now, I have a massive tooth infection, and I need to have it cleared up before they pull them next week. I had my prescription filled at this CVS and was shorted 5 Lortab. I came STRAIGHT from the pharmacy, walked in my house, opened the bag, then the bottle, and counted them. There were 5 missing. This means one of 3 things:

1. I'm lying
2. Someone AT THE PHARMACY palmed them and didn't think I'd notice
3. The pharmacist, who spends her entire day counting pills CAN'T COUNT TO 20

I called them, and they replaced the missing ones, but not without making sure to act as if I was the one who was the fuck up.

"I'll replace them this time, but never again, and I'm going to make a note on your profile"

Really? Do I also get a demerit and detention? That's not a problem Ms. Abella, because I plan on NEVER going to this, or ANY other CVS again. Ever.

People, when you get your prescriptions, dump them out on the counter in front of them and count them yourself. When you're shorted, call their asses out on it. Something very fucked up is going on here when they BLAME the customer for THEIR mistakes.

Truly the worst pharmacy department I have ever encountered. Terrible listening skills and customer service. Will not use this particular branch again for prescriptions.

In the past this pharmacy was excellent. However, this is no longer true. The staff is not customer friendly and always seems pained that you came in. On top of that they are not thorough, recently even losing a prescription that was called in. Had to make three trips.
I'm moving my business to another pharmacy.

Okay, I admit four stars is a sharp contrast to the other reviews but it is fair. The staff there has always been helpful and polite. Have I had to wait, yes. Have I ever been shorted pills, no. I use them because they are located conveniently, and reasons stated.
