I have used many banks and only had a few "personal bankers". And of the bankers who have been assigned to me, Dale Marie is the best. Any time I have a problem, I can call her and get a resolution with a smile. Everyone at the bank bends over backwards to make me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer.

Example: I was selling a used car and needed a place to meet the buyer. I called her and she arranged for me to use the bank's conference room. Not only did I get to use their room for no charge, but when we arrived, there were glasses of water waiting for all of us. And when I was given a personal check from the buyer, she got on the phone and verified the check with the buyers bank.
