Had a tyre changed with this garage for a supposed 'call out' which turns out is not part of their usual business (I was told it was when I first called in). Service was rude and unprofessional. I was flogged off with a cheap Chinese tyre for an inflated price. They did not clean the tyre and it has paint marks all over it. They claimed a better tyre (i.e. Michelin etc) would be "double" the price. My research suggested this was a lie. Will not be using again and very disappointed with both service and product. Too pushy customer sales and not enough quality. Very reluctant to give agreed costings upfront and all seemed very casual. Avoid unless you're absolutely desperate...and then get a quality check done elsewhere!

Hi everyone
I had an engine change with them, the finished job was shabby, he left an earth cable that goes straight onto the engine loose and the nut on the alternator loose as well, the later had sparks that not only made the battery die but also the wire itself burnt and it was overpriced.
The mechanic really could do better as anyone can tell that he knows better, maybe he doesn't care and as for me, never again.
