Wow.....fantastic HD eyebrows done by Sabi. Highly recommend her and this salon. Lovely atmosphere, great staff who made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped through the door. My eyebrows have never looked so good, added bonus I have never had so much attention since getting them done.

***update 9/20/17***
So I walked in today to get manicure with Edita (whom did amazing job last time). Shop owner said she's "strictly waxing". When I explained she was the one who did them last time he said she must not have been busy. I asked for an appointment to have HER do my nails in the next 3 days and he STRAIGHT OUT REFUSED!!!! ZERO stars if I could. Sorry Edita, you were great, even if I need waxing, I WONT come back.


Had a gel manicure done as a walk in. Couldn't be happier. Very professional service, very clean salon and all staff friendly. Will definetly be back on my next trip to London Great job Edata (sorry of spelling). Enjoyed experience

Always had good service expect my last time and im very disappointed. I done nails extensions (all new). Long length as always. In one week 6nails fell ( no hits, in different hands) one by one. Came back to the salon and was really disappointed, they wanted to charge me again (10£ each) however i paid for my extensions a week ago 120£ i saw no reason to risk again and I decited just to change the salon. Manicurist says the problem is my nails too long. Its ridiculous( its normal long size nails, i know some girls making even longer) so whats the point then to do extensions?????? To do them short? And she says she used different strategy she dont do with acrilic) so if you are a master please make sure that if you do your work its not gonna break or fall " because i dont want to come to do my nails every 6 days.

I was getting ready to shoot a tv program in London & needed a natural custom air brush tan over the New Years holiday. Coming from having had the best air brushing done in Beverly Hills & LA in general - I wasn't sure what I was going to get . My technician was amazing. She was very thorough & did not finish my session until I had reached my desired color. She made the whole process super comfortable. I had a natural sun kissed tan that lasted my whole trip -and even through days shooting out in the rain. I will def go back when I return to London again next month.

Hill, her name is Hill. She hurt me a bit and took something from me. I didn't run after her...couldnt, cause: My pants were on the chair.

Hill gave me a Brazilian, it was good. Well...as good as a Brazilian can be than! I was perky and presentable after only 15 minutes! (sometimes you just lay there 40 min...it's not a pampering session people! Get if over with! ...and she did!)

Just before I got there I saw a guy handing out flyers, I took my £5 off. The Russian sounding girl told me the brazilian would cost me £39. In the treatment room the menu said £34...I let it go, as Hill was approaching me with hot wax on a stick! I didn't see a hotwaxer for a while...so I wasn't going to complain ;-)

- The place looks like it's a high street-side-walk-rip-off, it's not
- I called ahead to ask if I can do a walk-in, no problem,
- Clean treatment rooms upstairs,
- Hill was very friendly,
- Didn't hurt so much (as it can!)
- 10/15 minutes, your out
- Wax during your shopping trip (just of Oxford St)

They have ugly "tourist" signs on the outside, can't miss it.
They are a bit strange...it's like Mac Donald's, they want you in, but don't want you to stay.
They have tanning booths down stairs (weird: £1 per minute?!)...do pedis and threading, fake white

I moved to London from the US and luckily found this place right away. I use their waxing and threading services. They do a great job. Professional. Thorough. Accommodating. Clean. Quick. Painless as possible. I highly recommend.

I love this place. I never go anywhere else. Ive never had a problem here, from waxing to tanning.


The staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable about new technologies and getting the beauty effects that you are looking for.


This place is always clean and always stocked up with products. I would definately recommend this place as it is quite difficult to find a regular tanning salon that you can trust. If you are looking for a new place, then come and try out this tanning shop. You wount be disappointed.

I was there for waxing and the service was professional, the attitude was polite and friendly. They were patient with me and very calm. The price was a bit high according to me but I had some extra savings and it was not such a problem.You will not regret if you go there, for sure.

I highly recommend this salon! I live in Washington, DC and was in London for work. I had a tight schedule, but really needed a pedicure. I also got my eyebrows, upper lip and chin "threaded"! I watched Chitalle "thread" other customers' eyebrows and they looked great! I was concerned about getting my eyebrows' threaded because they are thin on the end; but she made them look amazing! My pedicure was done beautifully as well. The salon is clean, sanitary and welcoming. Chitalle does waxing and massages too. Prices are on the higher end but appropriate for the Mayfair section of London and the services are well worth it!

Extremely pricey. I received a standard shellac pedicure and a plain manicure (no polish at all) and was charged £105. Payment had to be in cash so I was promptly escorted to a cash machine and I wasn't provided with a receipt.
