Nest Boutique

Most of the reviews I see here are for formal wear and there is quite the selection in the back room. However, this boutique also has some fun, unique everyday clothing, accessories and jewelry. Looking for some comfortable, yet funky (think flowered or lace trimmed) jeans, the Nest Boutique is the place. Looking for a one-of-a-kind top you won't see on everyone in town, come to the Nest. Unique, locally made jewelry - again the Nest.

The shop owner is exceeding nice and helpful. She will do all she can to help you find. just the right piece. The only thing that is difficult is trying not to buy too much. Before Christmas, she even gifted the cutest velvet gloves with purchase. Everything about this shop is fun and unique right down to the cute bird tissue she wraps your goodies in. Love this locally owned shop and will be back to visit agin and again.

Can't recommend this little boutique enough! Had a wonderful time and found a beautiful formal dress. Unique quality apparel with friendly honest customer service. I wish this store was in my home town. Thank You ladies, I'll definitely stop by when I'm back in town! Aloha

My wife needed a new dress for a wedding event. After visiting a couple of other stores, we took a chance on going to Nest.

The owner, Phyllis, is delightful and assisted my wife in picking out a perfect dress for the occasion. If you're looking for an alternative to the usual store offerings, this is the place to come to!

This boutique was only a walking distance from where I am so I thought I checked it out. Since this was the first bridal dress place I've been to, I did not really have much hope in finding THE dress since I already had the exact style I wanted. The shop owner, Phyllis, was super helpful in helping me find the dress I was looking for. We ended up finding the exact style dress that I wanted and it ended up being a FRACTION of what I thought I would be paying for.
Like I've mention, Phyllis was super helpful and super friendly. I had a lot fun chatting with her. I would recommend anyone and everyone checking out her boutique!

Stopped in to look for a dress for my daughter's fall wedding (the Nest is a really cute shop with a great selection of women's casual and dressy clothes- even wedding dresses!). Phyllis spent so much time helping me sort through styles and colors and sizes!! She even looked online after I left and contacted me with other available colors and size options. I wasn't able to find the perfect dress, but thanks to Phyllis I have a couple of good options (just in case!). THANK YOU, Phyllis! You rock. And happy anniversary to you, your mom and The Nest!

On a visit to the area, I popped in to look for a fancy dress for an upcoming family wedding. The selection is fabulous and Phyllis, the owner, showed me lots of great options from her vast collection of designer formal wear. In addition to the dresses, she helps pull the whole look together with terrific jewelry and accessories. A great shopping experience for that special event!!

I have been shopping at Nest since I moved to the Monterey area several years ago. I really enjoy that it is a smaller boutique with unique clothes and lots of personal attention. The only thing I don't like is that there are so many choices that I often end up taking home many more items than I should. So I have to steel myself to stick to what I came in for! They have a great selection of jewelry, scarves, coats, tops and pants. I can't recommend Phyllis and her wonderful store enough. It is truly a gem amongst the many choices we have in Pacific Grove.

This a wonderful place to shop for bridal dresses and other clothes for special occasions.
We are purchasing our second bridal dress here and Phylis couldn't be more helpful.
The prices are reasonable and the service is great. A must stop for the bride to be or dresses for other special occasions!

Nice selection of women's fashions and accessories with the most friendly service possible.

I went to buy a dress for a wedding. I have a large stomach and always try to cover it. She had a turquoise dress with a little cover jacket but size 6. It was way too tight but Phyllis (owner) said it looked great. I would not get it. But I liked the style and manufacturer. She pulled out a catalogue and we browsed thru pictures and I saw one I liked. She ordered me at 8 and I forgot to ask the price. Gave her my credit card info and I checked my card statement after a few days and could not believe I just ordered a $500 dress. My mistake for not asking. 3 weeks later the dress arrives. I go try it on and it is again too tight. But again am told it looks great. They will not refund my money but only do store credit. On top of that she charged me $20.00 to defer the shipping costs. I returned the dress.

Be careful when shopping at the Nest because you better like what you buy, do not order anything because you too could be stuck with a store credit!!!
