Tennis Trophies & Tee Time

Decent selection of racquets for a small shop. Called ahead to see if the Wilson Federer Autograph was arriving and the employee was extremely short and didn't have any information on when they would be receiving them. I stop by the shop a few weeks later and looked around the shop for 20 minutes. The young man at the register did not even look up or acknowledge me from where he was sitting behind the register. Must've been a good article he was reading. After browsing the store for a bit longer, I decided I wouldn't give my business to a shop that couldn't even muster up decent customer service. Not coming back.

This is a great shop with a valuable demo program if you are looking for a new tennis racket. $30 for a month of as many trials as you want then the $30 is credited toward your purchase. You can't beat that and the staff is very helpful.

This is a great local tennis shop which is really hard to find these days.

The selection may be limited but the owner has curated a reasonable line of products.

This is by far best tennis shop locally. Everyone employed is friendly and knowledgeable about what equipment they do and don't have. The prices are reasonable and the demo program exceptional. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone near by or far away

Unfortunate that there is no competition. Prices and selection of merchandise is mediocre at best. Poor customer service and the young staff is rude. Can't believe the internet hasn't forced this place to close its doors. I will do my best by shopping elsewhere, and so should you!

I needed a plaque for my fathers funeral and their professional and personal customer service was off the charts here. I made a mistake on my order and they went out of their way on a Saturday to get everything done for me the same day. It was an emotional time for my family and I could really count on their interest in making sure everything went smoothly.

At first I was very pleased with the woman who helped me buy tennis shoes (I believe she's the owner), she was very friendly. I went back to buy a tennis backpack and again was helped by this same woman. After I got home and went to use the bag I realized the zipper fob was defective since it kept falling off and the cell phone case on the strap was also defective (the magnet to keep it attached to the strap was off). I took it back and the other owner (I believe Frank) helped me and advised he would get me a new bag and deal with the manufacturer on this one. He advised I'd have my new replaced bag in one week. Well that didn't happen, over two weeks later I go to pick up what I was told was a new bag and it wasn't. It's the same bag someone took a pair of pliers to the zipper fob and squished it to stay closed (looks lovely - NOT!) and the cell phone case still doesn't stay attached. I called him back and he simply thanked me for letting him know. How absurd! For a $75 tennis bag and a local shop like this, you think they would stick to their word. Needless to say I'll never buy anything from them again and all my tennis buddies know it. It's too bad since the woman owner was so pleasant to deal with.
