Deposit Scammers. Do not use them. Their Logistics Manager Lennart thinks that he owns the world and patronises customers as they are his slaves. He is ignorant and not helpful, made our experience horrible and had to cancel as we couldn't get an answer if we could change something on the inventory 4 days prior collection and when we decided to cancel then he was like yes it is possible even on the collection time, funny enough. After his bad behaviour all week stressing us out with last minute emails and asking paperwork after paperwork, not even able to list down what he needs properly, we had to cancel the whole shebang. He technically delegated the stress what he had from the customs agents to the customer. They did not give back the deposit only 20 % of it even so the service we received was out of order. I could go on with my experience. Moving as itself is already stressful enough. IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND DO NOT USE THEM JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE SLIGHTLY CHEAPER. Take my advice, you won't regret it.

Liars, disorganised, bullying, incompetent and unpleasant. Totally messed up the paperwork and then said it was my fault, despite having emails illustrating that I followed their instructions. Terrible communication, they mostly just ignore you. I had to transport the goods myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We must to move from England to France in this month and because we cannot stay longer stay in the UK. I applied for the extension to our right to stay in this country but we were refused and received a letter from the authorities that we must leave the country in 7 days. I spoke to this moving company number of times about our circumstances and emphasised the need for a short notice removal. They told me that they definitely will be able to help me. I relied on this and because I had to wait for the Home Office to confirm whether we can stay here until literarily last minute I could not book my move earlier. The people who work for customer service are liars. When I rang them to book the service they told me they were fully booked and I only had 6 days left to leave the country. Why would someone be so dishonest and tell me that they could help me if they knew they would not be able to accommodate my needs. They not only were dishonest but as a result of their negligence they put me in an awkward situation. I told them I could not book my move before because of the delay in the Home Office response to my application. Be very cautious when you deal with this doggie company because you might find yourself left stranded in the UK. Because of them I now face the prospect of deportation ban for ever be able to come back to England. This company gave me one of the worst experiences I ever had in my life. I reported them to the ombudsman. Don't you ever consider them for any service.

at the beginning the guy in charge is very nice but once the thing are collected everything changes...
they promise to deliver our goods in 48h instead it took them 100h;
every single box was damage and most of the things inside, you can tell they treat them really bad and careless;
once thing that you are not expected when you contract the service and pay the deposit is that the rest of the money has to pay in cash..so you can't get them back if anything goes wrong;
the driver was very nice, but he is the one who throw thing around badly; the guy is basically a slave of the owner who threaten him to hurt is relatives back home if it doesn't what is ordered to do....
once my wife received our goods at the beginning she refused to pay the balance due to all the damages until we came to an agreement with the owner; and the owner of the company instead of trying to solve the issues told his man to take with force as many boxes as he could and threaten physically my wife.STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUYS IF YOU WANT TO AVOID PROBLEMS.
