we came to just look, but ended up buying a new HR-v from Sabrina. She is professional and personable and very low pressure. The entire experience was a pleasure.

After a private conversation, Bryan made things right. He was kind and professional and showed appropriate respect and patience.
BRYAN was great - it is he who has earned the 5 stars, and the next time they have to take their car to the dealers shop, they will ONLY deal with Bryan.

We had a very unsettling experience with the service department this evening. The rude and dismissive way my elderly parents were treated there, was simply disgraceful.
The service agent we dealt with left my mother shaken and tearful for the rest of the evening.
My folks got a notice in the mail that some parts of their only car were being recalled. Because car troubles are overwhelming for my aged parents, I called a couple of weeks ago from my home in California and made an appointment for them to take the car to the service center during my monthly scheduled visit to Vegas.
At the time I made the appointment I was told they had no appointments but because the situation was unique, they would work the car in but couldn't promise when the car would be finished; and IF parts had to be replaced, there may be a 3 week wait. I told the woman that would be acceptable as long as we could bring the car early in the week and they could look at it when they got the chance during the window of Monday through Friday the 18th-22nd because I would have my vehicle to drive my parents to their appointments while their car was In the shop. The service agent suggested we bring the vehicle on Monday evening and leave it there and I was assured by the same service agent that "working the car in" during that few days' time-frame would be possible.
We brought the car to the dealership near the end of the day Monday, around 5:30 as was suggested, to leave it there for them to "get to sometime" this week.
I went into the service office ahead of my parents to scope out the situation because my father has Parkinson's and mobility is painful and slow and If there was a waiting line, he would need a chair.
There were three women at the service 'windows', a dark haired woman, a lighter haired woman(the nicer of the 3 women), a woman with short hair and a man sitting on a stool in the background.
I went out and ushered my parents inside. There was nobody in the queue and we were heading for the middle agent who had initially acknowledged me; however the short haired woman at the far right end of the desk intervened with harsh accusatory tones in her voice that we didn't have an appointment and proceeded treated my parents with stunning disdainful Impatience and disrespect! She interrupted my mother multiple times while she tried to explain what she needed for the car and continued to forcefully tell us what we had already been told on the phone. We politely tried to assure her we understood and accepted the parameters; however, the woman continued in her rude, hurried and impatient demeanor, alternating between either not listening and interrupting, or fully turning her back on us, as my father had concerns and questions and tried to converse with her. My mother felt belittled and harangued.
We were brushed aside and dismissed with contempt and a barely veiled threat that if we called back with concerns we'd better hope we didn't get her on the line IF anyone even bothered to answer the phone.
(After we got home, my father recalled there IS another issue with the car that he wanted to ask her about but couldn't because her attitude rattled him so that he couldn't think clearly. I guess I'll call in the morning and "hope I don't get her IF they even answer ")
The experience with that woman(representing the entire service department) was altogether unpleasant.

Jake and Irman determinedly hunted down, diagnosed and corrected a very obscure problem with my car that the dealer basically told me was unfixable. When Jake found the issue, he fully explained everything and gave me all the scenarios possible to fix my car and let me choose what I wanted to do with it (It was not a cheap nor easy fix). No pressure.
I could not possibly be more pleased with the results; and the price they charged me was very fair for all the work they did.
Jake is the most honest and hardworking mechanic I have known. I highly recommend him without reservation.
