Hands down the best Parisian cafe in Paris. This place is located about a block from Notre Dame. It has such a beautiful cafe and is in a very quiet area. The food is absolutely top notch! 100% people need to visit this cafe! It has a beautiful interior and incredible service. Highly recommend this cafe when in Paris!

One of the best cafes I visited while in Paris! Just steps away from Notre Dame, my sister and I stumbled upon this little cafe on a tree-lined street in Paris. She was looking for a crepe, and I wanted a drink & escargot, and we found them all here.
We grabbed a little table out front so that we could people-watch and enjoy the fresh smells of crepes cooking as we waited for our fare. Our waitress was quite friendly, and we were so grateful that she spoke some English as my French is quite weak! My sister got a sweet crepe, while I went with the classic Aperol Spritz, Escargot & Frites - SO. GOOD!
I'm a lover of Escargot already, but of course, while in Paris, I needed to try the original and I was not disappointed! Rich, buttery, and so flavorful, I was in heaven! I had never used the fancy tool that was left on my plate for my snails, but luckily our wonderful waitress gave me a tutorial! (I still didn't use it, I was on a mission!) Pricing was wonderful and I was quite full and beyond pleased!

I'll give this the review I wish someone else had written before we wasted our time here. We arrived around 3:40 pm on a Friday. Not a busy time. Only stopped here because we were starving. That old expression "I'm so hungry I'll eat anything"...would never, ever apply to the barely edible food we ate today.
Awful croque monsieur. Not only missing bechamel but made on cheap cardboard bread (some of which wasn't cooked). A boxed convenience store sandwich that sat on a shelf for a week would probably taste better.
We were literally served a thin piece of grocery store ham on stale, poor quality bread with flavorless and slightly warm cheese. We regret eating here. There was a street food guy a few steps from the restaurant. Go there instead.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 1.6.2016
Fast food? ohh well, for American standards that's almost le most gourmet del le restaurante del le petite del but not petite in Notre Dame aka I need to educate myself lol I was surprised to see this place under the category of Fast Food.
We had good service and I did not feel like I was dining at a tourist trap; I don't think this place is one.
We enjoyed the food very much and the prices were pretty reasonable, although it is right next to the famous Notre Dame.
We sat next to the window and it was such a good view, plus great natural lighting.
I recommend it!

One of the best onion cheese soups in Paris. Just a block down from Notre Dame and quiet and priced extremely reasonable.

It is close by to the Notre Dame Cathedral and we didn't feel like walking any further to get some food. It looks like a typical cute cafe that you see walking around Europe.
There was only one server, but he was really good and quick. It started to get crowded after we came in and it was amazing seeing him work with every table! He didn't even write any orders down!
The food was okay. We were really hungry so that helped. I ordered roasted chicken with frites and it was good at first, but got dry after each bite. Thank goodness for the crepes they make outside the restaurant! Or else it would have been a disappointing first dinner in Paris! We ordered a Nutella and banana crepe. It was very warm and creamy. I just wish whipped cream and powdered sugar came on top of every crepe!
Overall:
A yes for the crepes and a maybe-if-I'm-starving for the food.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 6.1.2018
Stopped by this crepe cart and took ours to-go because it looked crowded inside. The price was better than the other places we passed in the Notre-Dame area (less than 5 euros), so that was a plus!

When I was in Paris visiting Notre Dame, I stopped by Le Quasimodo for breakfast. It was a quaint place with a nice out door seating area and very close to Notre Dame. I thought it was reasonable priced.
I shared a crepe with some strawberry jam as well as some fried eggs and toast. Everything was good. I'd recommend this place to others if they wanted breakfast near the historical cathedral.

Came here with hubby after we went to Notre Dame cafe. This place was pretty busy and they served us very quickly which we found unusual because most of the cafes we went to didn't have such a fast paced NY mode about them.
I had brie cheese, cucumbers, lettuce and tomato on a baguette and I loved it! It was very simple but very good, all the veggies, and the bread were super fresh.
If you're visiting Notre Dame this is a pretty good place to come to for food and it's named after Quasimodo.

I don't really care for sandwiches but, something about French bread and their fresh butter...omg. I had a simple Brie cheese sandwich w/tomatoes, cucumber n the best butter. So, fresh and delish! The bread was so soft (which normally is hard) which I prefer. The cheese, so fresh.
Of course, the ice teas in Europe are all leaded (or, gassed as they say it) so, if u don't like carbonated ice teas, it's not ur cup of tea (no pun intended).
I will definitely come back, again! Loved it
